you get the guides after the purchase, it's very easy to setup if you are able to read. If you are not, you have to join the discord and open a support ticket, there you can get help for free or a complete setup done by the clutch team

it's UD since long time. however, we trust in clutch. I use eft and csgo from time to time both pc's have to be win10 64bit and no fresh install needed -
