I am not sure what exactly you are asking about.
Everything that is purchased from this website is active immediately and available inside your loader.
If you bought from a reseller they are resposible to deliver the key to you.

Your account has already the customer role. if purchased directly at our website, you dont need a key, as stated at the checkout.

You just bought VIP. You need to buy EFT (Radar) and if you want Clutchbox addon also is different package.

I purchased vip +, and that does not show up as an active purchase. 

Neither option for Tarkov show as purchased?

VIP will show up on 1PC tab. switch here 

 

but you can't use only having VIP. you need to buy a RADAR.

I thought what I was purchasing was for DMA, I only want a DMA product for EFT. 

 

Can I switch to DMA only? or does the addition of Radar make the DMA product better?
