Cant Download Launcher

Everytime i try to download the launcher i get an error, i can remove the c_solutions.zip and get to the website repository but i cant download the launcher file. is there a trick to this?

why you would remove the c_solutions.zip? there are all files you need, also the launcher is there.

try to clear cache, cookies, full history of your browser, change the browser or temporarily disable windows defender
