i think almighty has the right idea. thats how others do it. maybe even something other then discord 

 

would be cool if something was build on play.clutch like discord > all in one place

Rats will definitely find a way into a Clutch King only server as well. For something like this the only tenable solution is something like a self hosted matrix.org server.
