Waiting for cluch key delay

I bought Clutch DMA for Dark and Darker from this site:

It says delivery takes from 10 minutes up to a few hours, but it's been like 25 minutes and still nothing
Not sure if that's normal or if I should follow up somehow?

Just asking in case anyone else ordered from them before

This is not an official reseller of ours. Probably a reseller of a reseller.

So we can't really give any insights on this
