I bought 1 month sub in past

Hello i bought 1 month sub in the past. But i didnt use it for 1 hour because whatever i do i cant see visuals. I was playing on gaming laptop. Now i have new gaming pc. Can you please let me use my old 1 month sub. Because i swear to god i didnt even use it for more than 30 minute. Not because i didnt want to use it. It was because i cant see any visual setting. Now on my new pc i think it will be different. Can you help please? Thank you for your time
