I payed for 3 days but didnt get it

I took the 3 days payment and i only got les than 2 days. I bought it on 11 november at 20:13 its now 13 november 17:01. So in total ive had it for 44 hours and 48 mins. and 3 days are 68 hours so i would like to have the rest of the hours i payed for. thanks
