VPS for lagswitch

Hello im brand new to this stuff. could anyone explain how this works. i would need a vps with 4gb ram and 2 cores? is it possible to reserve those on one pc? as i have 32gb ram, 10core cpu and a rtx3090 i feel like having 8 cores and 28gb ram wouldnt affect my performance in eft any, if possible ofcourse. if this aint possible could you guys lead me to where i would get the best vps for this?
