Lifetime Issue

hello, my name is Eric Trout i have a huge issue i never thought about it but i just finished upgrading my pc preety much built a new one. i am now trying to play tarkov on all the new hardware and set up my radar and stuff. i got an error saying (Hardware Locked out) what am i supposed to do? can anyone please help me with this i spent almost 1100$ on this lifetime hack.
