Hi guys, I'm thinking about buying the radar and running it on a laptop / notebook. What does my laptop need to use the EFT Radar? And how secure is this radar and what happens if you get detected?

if your notebook have win 10 1909 and higher then you can use it as sec pc 
the  EFT radar , VIP+ undetected more than 2 years

what the...., press the windows key and type winver, that version matters. not the update build.

You can use WIFI or Ethernet / Ethernet is recommended for better performance 
Just the most important thing that both pcs should be connected to the same router
