  1. Open a ticket at Discord and staff will look into this.
  2. Notebook is not recommended and in my opinion not worth it, if you are non-tech person. You would need M.2 NVMe to PCIe. Min spec: 4GB RAM / CPU: 2 Cores
  3. No ETA right now for 24h2 support. If you need a downgrade guide please open a ticket, we can help you with this.
  4. Could you please elaborate what you mean? Windows 11?
  5. Hi, the update was pushed. It's the best to check Discord to be up to date with everything.
  6. ~35-60MB/s -> Make sure that you are on a USB 3.x cable and port We recommend getting at least a 10gbit/s USB cable Try different USB Ports on the second PC. -> Usually USB 3.x ports are colored blue/red/orange/purple -> USB 3.x ports usually have these icons next to them: ~16-35MB/s -> Most likely stuck in tiny algo Try different PCIe ports and make sure that the BIOS settings are correct If nothing else works try setting the PCIe slot to gen3 / gen4 in bios.
  7. Try using our reseller. If none worked for you try to buy from our resellers
  8. Sadly, there is no ETA yet. It would be the best to check our discord from time to time.
  9. Nice smooth bro
  10. Sure, keep us updated
  11. Hi, got a news from a dev. I hope you are happy
  12. You have to follow correctly the guide, then you won't have any trouble with the "solution". Yes, create a ticket and explain with details what issue you are currently facing.
  13. It's a channel at discord, join here https://discord.clutch-solution.com/
  14. Join from your alt on the presale discord server, and explain there with details what happened. More details you provide = better.
  15. You can try two things: 1. Contact enigma first, and describe there your issue with details, just like you have done it here. 2. Create a ticket at clutch discord.
  16. Just make sure you won't get multiple times reported, because then your trust factor might go down.
  17. It is what it is That's a life on 4:3 Good luck in new season!
  18. Hey, not a stupid question at all — we’ve all been there when starting out with DMA and Fuser setups. To answer you: yes, the resolution needs to be the same on both PCs — the one running your game and the second one doing the ESP overlay. If they don’t match, your ESP will be misaligned, stretched, or just not show correctly. So even if you prefer 4:3 stretched in-game, you’ll need to make sure that both your main PC (with the Fuser) and your radar/second PC are set to the same resolution and refresh rate. It’s the only way for Fuser to overlay the ESP properly on your screen. I know it’s a bit annoying to adjust, but once both outputs match, everything should line up perfectly and you won’t have to mess with it again. Everything sent to the Fuser must be identical—same resolution, refresh rate, scaling—so it can perfectly layer the ESP output onto your main monitor without distortion.

  20. Hey man, first thing: you gotta know what each part actually does—don’t just pile stuff in and hope for the best. Here's the beginner’s guide: What the gear actually does: 1. DMA card Reads game memory externally (ESP, radar)—you got raw data, but it won’t aim for you. 2. Fuser (optional) Merges the video from your “radar PC” onto your main monitor. Lets you see ESP overlay while you play. 3. KMBox B+ Pro / KMBox Net / MAKCU / Arduino These emulate a mouse or keyboard from the radar PC, so you can use aimbots or triggerbots. Without one, your aimbot won’t move your aim—it’s essential for auto‑aim functions. So what do you actually need? For ESP only → Just a DMA card (plus firmware). For aimbot or triggerbot → DMA card + a mouse emulator (KMBox / MAKCU / Arduino). Want everything on one monitor → Add a Fuser so ESP is overlaid directly. Decide if you want to have HDMI Fuser or DP. So answering you is the DMA card enough for aimbot? - Nope — DMA gives you memory access (ESP/radar). To actually move the aim for you, you need KMBox/MAKCU/Arduino as a mouse emulator. And if you want the ESP overlay on the same screen, you add Fuser. Everything builds on top of the DMA card. Start with the DMA card—then add a mouse emulator if you want aimbot, and a Fuser if you want it all on one screen. That way you know exactly what each piece does—and won’t waste money or get lost.
  21. What subscription you bought? I saw long time ago somebody trying to do something with VPS, but eventually gave up because of delay and performance issues. For best performance, you should get yourself second PC, you don't need beast specs. Min spec: 4GB RAM / CPU: 2 Cores
  22. The team is doing what they can to deliver secure solution to customers.
  23. What you did to get it to work? Wrong config?
