EFT Radar 2PC system

Hello , i got a quick Question. So i was reading alot for the setups ect. There are 3 Guides actually for VPNS if i am not stupid. There is the Hybrid VPN  or the Softether VPN guide and a Router VM Guide. What of them do i need actually for EFT or do i need everything?

if you own 2 PC you need one vpn guide

if you don't own 2 pc you need one vps guide

...

to connect your game device to your radar device

yes, hybrid VPN is recommended
