Does EFT Clutchbox require a Second PC or VPS/VM?

As title says, I am not really interested in the radar that goes on a second PC/monitor I was just wondering if the Clutchbox just works on my primary monitor with no second PC/VPS/VM.

Clutchbox its a radar addons.

So you must have EFT RADAR.
And for that you need to have 2PC or VPS.
And you need to have a DMA or VIP too.

(EFT RADAR + CB + VIP = 3 Subs) -> This scenario works on 2pcs or 1pc+vps

(EFT RADAR + CB + DMA = 2 Subs) -> This scenario only works on 2PCs.
