Dream23 Posted January 20 Share Posted January 20 Let me just start off by saying that I came to CS after trying 2 other providers, 1 Reseller who is pretty well known. However, at CS the difference in the customer support is a landslide. Other providers were rude, impatient and avoiding issues. CS staff members from the discord not once got angry or upset with the problem I was having. Even the Dev took time out of their day to get on team viewer with me and check the problems. His suggestion ultimately fixed my issue I was having and it worked. Each staff member was respectful and humble. The staff members are a lot smarter than most customers on the technical side and not once did they make me feel less intelligent with my issues. They are incredible. That alone made me decide to go lifetime with CS after my intial order. Link to comment
