What determines time of use when the status is in a non-usable state?

If you buy the software now but the status of the offering is set to In Testing or any other "non usable" status does the clock still run?  IE if I buy for 7 days is it 7 days of being able to use it or calendar days from the date of purchase?

Hey as far I know, the clock start ticking when you actually start using it. When the software status is on Testing stage, your time will be compensated. So you actually not losing any days of your subscription.

If it can be purchased, the software will be immediately activated, and the time will start to decrease.
