When my clutchloader open up for my dma, when i click on hardware it says request firmware and when i click on it doesnt do shit but i already bought one.Does that mean that its not detecting the fw?

If you already own a DMA device and have a firmware flashed on it already, then you don't request anything and just skip the flashing area in our guide. https://clutch-solution.com/topic/72-english-dma-setup-guide/

If you recently bought a firmware to flash on your dma then you will need to open a support ticket on our discord anyway for it to be made/delivered.
