I’d suggest checking if there’s any “bin” or “release” folder inside the main folder that came with the download—sometimes the .exe can be tucked away there. If not, maybe try re-downloading or re-extracting the files, as sometimes that fixes missing or misplaced files. If you’re still stuck, maybe try reaching out to support for a direct fix.
