I bought the enigma 75t dma with basic firmware. After plugging everything in, the dma's light glows solid red and flashing green. I have tried cold booting, vt-d is disabled, windows memory compression is disabled and at 0 but the green light is still blinking. running the dma tool software in the loader is unable to detect the dma and just recommends that I try cold booting. has anyone had an issue like this? Is there anything else I could try to fix this?

Bought a dma v3, fuser, and macku last week. Package status says it is being held in customs because its missing an invoice. Has anyone else had this issue? I already created a ticket on enigmas site and am waiting to hear back from them. I'm just curious if others are experiencing the same issue or if it's just an issue with my package.
