never mind another one of your recommended VPS providers was able to get me up and going with what i need for a great price and theyre very helpful. cross your fingers that i hit no more roadblocks, I cannot join the discord because of a separate issue. basicallly technology hates me.

I purchased a VPS from one of the providers you recommended, and while I was in the middle of configuring it with the clutch loader, it went offline. the staff were extrememly unhelpful and kept telling me to contact my system administrator even though i told them dozens of times, that it was a personal computer. in the end, instead of providing any kind of real support, they just sent me a message and said weve refunded you payment. now i have to wait 5-7 business days for the money to be returned to me by which time my subscription will be over and i will not have been able to use it at all. I attached a screenshot so you could see my issue, I should have taken a screenshot of the chat with the staff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
