For the product: Safe——DMA is always a safer option comparing to internal and external. Stable—— A product can work flawlessly for every 5 hours is enough for me. Good function——Variety of options to personalize the esp experience. Aim is useful when using zap chain lighting and heal. Future features——— As a customer for both EFT & DnD, I can assure you that dev will always surprise you with some interesting features. For the dev team: Support tickets are the best way to report problem and give feedback. Support team is super responsive, and that we customers are really easy to get in touch with the dev team. Dev team is real, and they are really there to hear, improve and develop. Beyond imagination right? Surely I can understand sometimes dev has priority on other big games which have more users. But DnD is always on their mind. At least product update always keep pace with the game patch. Hopefully dnd will get more loves in the future.
