need help settingup cheats and dmas

i just got cheat for dark and darker i am planning to go lifetime memebership if it works well, i have the 75 enigma card dma and also a fuser 
dma is plugged into main board has pro emulated firmware already plugged into my second pc, i just dont know where to go from here

please help set up
