Regarding this product? is one PC and 1 x Arduino Leonardo R3 enough for this? because thats what i have

For Arc Raiders DMA : 
Requires 2PC And DMA hardware 
Arduino is a Hardware for the Aimbot and it will not work without DMA, you can check for DMA devices here : https://enigma-x1.com/
Additional Arc Raiders does not currently have Hardware Aim support
So all you need is 2PCS and DMA device and you are good to go

Hello Brightwing. Arc Raiders DMA 2pc requires atleast 2 computers and a DMA card (DMA card example: https://enigma-x1.com/store/product/48-leetdma-v12-incl-11-emulated-firmware/)

An Arduino is used in addition to a DMA card for input like aimbot or similar. So it cannot replace the need of a DMA card. As drac said, Arc DMA does not have Hardware aim support.
