Hunt Showdown Clutch Loader Access

Hi I’ve placed an order via Depshop Order number: `213820` which includes 7 day access to Hunt Showdown Clutch. Problem is I paid with ApplePay which was still linked to an old email address that I do not have access to anymore. Now I have the key for 7 day access but no access to the loader itself. Can I get access to the loader please? Thank you.
