Getting a message when I got to authenticate my token saying my hardware is locked, I assume this is because I've upgraded my pc since 2022 when i was playing tarkov. I purchased the HwId for a clean reset

Hi, yes you are correct. If you have upgraded your PC since 2022, you will get this message. I see accordingly to our logs that you were able to use your hwid reset. Please do let us know if you run into any other issues!
