Arena Breakout Issue

One im trying to get into the main discord to make a ticket but i can't because its already linked to another one i dont have anymore. Two im having an issue where everytime i try to load it gives me dma failed to initialize and ik ther is nothing wrong with my card it has passed the test and it has no issue with other games.
