Hi..Do I have to permanently disable the Win defender during game playing ? Or just during the installation phase ? Thank you

I believe it's best to not let Windows defender interfere while you are playing with your solution.

Yes, both. You are running it across two PC's anyway. One has hardware and the other one has cheat on it. Both need to work without ANY interruption.

Usually, disabling Defender during installation is enough, but if you experience lag or crashes while playing, you may need to add the game folder to the exclusions list instead of turning it off entirely.
