Hello

Trying a game out, and the anticheat is detecting my DMA device with the older Custom firmware. Is there a way to disable the hardware without having to remove it from the PC Case? wasnt sure if uninstalling through device manager would cause issues with installed firmware

If your DMA CARD have a killswitch button then yes.

Otherwise you need to remove your dma card from your motherboard.

Will the new firmware help with this in being noticed? I have a LeetDMA Squirrel PCIe, dungeonborne dosent like it.

i use it for other games, would be pain to pull out and back in constantly so if new firmware helps ill purchase 😃

Firmware only masks your device from different anticheats, it will not turn off your card. If you have really good FW, you can fly under an anticheats radar, but you are still at risk if they detect the firmware.

To turn off your card, you need either (1) manually take it out of your PC or (2) if you have a killswitch button on the back of your card, then all you need to do is press that button (no need to remove it from your PC).

Even with excellent firmware, you can evade anticheats detection, but you're still vulnerable.
