Connection via 2P

Hi im trying to set up the 2P EFT

 

i selected my Network Device ethernet but once i type in the GamerPC-IP "192.168.0.122"  it says: "Timeout detected, check network connection!"

both my computers are connected via a switch to the same router just for your information if thats causing the problem :/?

thanks for your fast replay, i forgot to deactivate firewall on game pc aswell  so far it works perfectly fine
