Second pc?

Sorry if this has been asked but I’ve been looking and can’t find a straight answer. For the Radar / ESP © [VIP+, non DMA] do I need a second pc? The requirements say for second pc so I’m not sure. Thanks for the help in advance.

you need a second pc OR rent a VPS from one of our recommended providers. The VPS will act as a second pc

 No eft radar and vip+ are required to run the cheese the vps is a different service
