My OS  is Win11 (Windows ver 22H2）Can I use a 1pc plug-in？  How likely is it to be detected？

Is it safe for me to use it? I don't want my account to be banned

Hello ,
you cant use 22h2 its already written , but this only temporarily issue Dev is working on it 
 
If you have 22H2 you can try these solutions
1- Downgrade your windows version 
2- dualboot ( which we have guide for it )
3-Reinstall different windows version 

About detection 
Apex1pc undetected more than 6-5 months
