EFT Need Help 1PC Setup

Hi everyone, sorry for my bad english i use a translator because i hardly speak english. I need a little help, I have 1 PC and would like to use the EFT Radar. What do I have to install now? And do I also have to take out a VPN subscription or is that part of the membership or VIP+?
